How do I track my order?
After placing an order you will receive a tracking link that shows live driver location and estimated arrival time. If the tracker does not update, contact support and provide your order number so we can investigate.
How do restaurant partnerships work?
Restaurants onboard through a short verification and photo session for menus, after which they can set availability and packaging preferences. We provide a partner dashboard for managing orders and viewing performance reports.
Can I request eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. At checkout choose compostable or reduced-plastic packaging where available. There may be a small fee to cover material costs; fees are shown before confirming your order.
