NorthBite began as a community-focused delivery service designed to make local dining more accessible across Toronto and the surrounding Ontario regions. We combine curated restaurant partnerships with a modern logistics platform so neighbours can order the foods they love, quickly and safely. Our team is small by design: we prioritize direct relationships with restaurants and drivers to ensure consistent service and shorter delivery windows. By keeping operations local, we reduce unnecessary detours and support regional economies while delivering meals with care.

How we work with restaurants
We partner with neighbourhood restaurants to expand their reach while protecting their margins. Each partner has a dedicated onboarding process where menu items are photographed, descriptions and allergen details are verified, and delivery packaging preferences are discussed. Restaurants control their hours and availability so customers see accurate options in real time. Our operations team optimizes pick-up windows by clustering nearby orders and offering drivers clear routing to reduce wait times. For restaurants, this means orders arrive at predictable intervals and drivers are briefed on minimal-contact pick-up routines.
